One Walk-up Pass is $75 and is good for up to 2 adults for the entire weekend.

The Walk-up Pass will get you access to everything during the rally EXCEPT entrance into the CONFERENCE CENTER DURING MEALS. The fire code states that only 350 people are allowed in that building at any given time and we will have it maxed out for meals by regular ticket holders. So, Walk-up Pass holders will NOT have access to the Conference Center during meals. However, they do have access to seminars and other events when there are smaller groups. The Walk-up Pass also does not include a T-shirt or Grand Design Swag bag. Grand Design will only provide enough for those staying at the Rally campground.

Arrangements have been made with Pigeon Forge Landing Campground 865-446-1500, for those that did not get a regular ticket for the rally but would still like to come and just camp at a different park. Their park is very nice and they will be giving you a discount by just stating you are with the Grand Design Rally at Sun Outdoors.

If you purchase a Walk-up Pass and eventually get in form the Waitlist, you'll be refunded the $75 Walk-up Pass fee so you pay the regular ticket fee.

This is the best option I could come up with to allow more Owners to be able to participate since we have a limited number of sites/tickets for Sun Outdoors. I hope this helps many of you to come and join in with us and have a lot of fun! --Leon Spencer

Welcome to The Great Smoky Mountains where there’s a lot to see and do. East Tennessee has so much to offer from Pigeon Forge to Gatlinburg and you’re only 30 minutes from Knoxville. There’s hiking in the National Park to enjoying the local theatre shows, wineries, moonshine tasting and tons of shopping!

You MUST acquire your Rally Ticket here prior to calling the campground! They will NOT give you a campsite unless you have your Rally Ticket Confirmation Number.

Once you have your Ticket you will call the campground at: (865) 429-5267.

All campsite registration will be done by telephone directly with the RV Park. Be sure to tell them you’re registering for the Grand Design Rally and they will ask for your Rally Ticket Confirmation Number.

Once tickets are sold out we will offer a Walk-Up Pass for those that want to attend the rally but could not get into Sun Outdoors. Just down the street form the Main campground is Pigeon Forge Landing RV Park. This park would love to have you stay there if you'd like to purchase a Walk up Pass. The Walk up Pass holders will be able to enjoy all the elements of the rally EXCEPT what we do inside the Conference Center at Sun Outdoors - Due to Fire Code, this building has a capacity of 350 and we will not be able to have more people than those with regular rally tickets to enter. Walk up Passes will be available at the first of February at this same link.

Rally Registration fee is $140 per RV plus the Ticketbud processing fees. ONE TICKET includes all rally activities for up to 2 adults and any minor children under the age of 18. Each additional adult staying in the rig is an additional $25 (to be paid at the rally during check-in). Fees help the Wagon Masters with prizes, meals, insurance, entertainment, incidentals and other related expenses during the rally.

Keep in mind that your rally experience is what YOU make of it! We will definitely have fun and there will be group gatherings, seminars (some educational, some retailer showcasing), raffles, giveaways, corn hole, evening socializing, crafts, Karoake, group meals, LIVE Music and in case I haven’t mentioned it... fun. Come see old friends and make new ones!

Registration will be on a first come - first served basis. We will fill up quickly, so have all of your information ready prior to logging in! You will need your Rig VIN Number, your credit card and your T-Shirt size. Once we sell out we will create a Wait List. If you want to be included on this Wait List you should send us an email at: tngdrvrally@gmail.com.

Tickets will be limited to individuals who own a Grand Design RV at the time of the event only!

There will be no refunds after 30 days prior to the rally unless the Wagon Masters can fill your site.
